A Primer of Freudian Psychology, by Calvin S. Hall

Quite dense. It seems that Freud treated psyche as a concrete thing and tries to give/imagine every detail about how it works. He also stretched his theory to explain almost every thing. It is not convincing.

A very nice introduction to Jung's life and ideas. Much text is extracted from Jung's works, letters and autobiography.  The book contains many photos and illustrations, which helps to understand the text.

Further Along the Road Less Traveled, by M. Scott Peck

This book is not good as the "Road Less Traveled" which is eye opening (but the essential theory presented in the latter book is indeed from C.G. Jung). On the other hand, it still has many good insights. However, many times I agreed with Peck's observations, but only half-agreed or disagreed with his conclusions or proposed solutions. I felt that Dr. Peck chose an easy road which won't lead to the original destination by converting to a formal Christian religion, and from this book I felt that his thinking seemed to be narrowed.
